When I went to Basic Training for the Army I learned what I already knew....That I could not run very fast. When we arrived, one of the first requirements we had was to run a mile. Based on the time it took us to run that mile, we were put into groups based on our ability.
During that grouping I got the best piece of advice of my life. My drill Sergeant told me that I had been assigned to the medium group, but that I should just voluntarily report to and train with the fast group because that was the only way I would really get any better.
It paid off. I surrounded myself with people who were much better than I was and in turn it made me push myself harder just to keep up. I have used that lesson over and over to surround myself with people who could always be teaching me something important. It is a life lesson I am glad I learned.
If you find yourself to be the one that is the fastest, smartest, and most talented in your group, you should consider changing groups. Nobody likes a Know-It-All :-)
Do some one-on-one mentoring to others individually, and then find others that can mentor you. You will be glad you did.
Most of all, Show everyone the Christ that is in you so that they see the hope of glory!
All the best!
